Dr Justin Arnett

Dr. Justin Arnett brings exceptional academic credentials and research expertise to retinal care. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Neurobiology from Harvard University, followed by a Master of Translational Medicine from UC Berkeley and UC San Francisco.

Dr. Arnett earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Shiley Eye Institute at UC San Diego. He is currently advancing his expertise as a Clinical Fellow in Retina & Vitreous at the same renowned institution.

His research contributions span multiple areas, including medical device development, Brain-Computer Interfaces, and optical nanoparticles as biologic therapeutics. Within ophthalmology, he has conducted significant research on age-related macular degeneration, demonstrating reduced exudative activity following post-injection endophthalmitis.

During his medicine internship at Englewood Hospital in New Jersey, Dr. Arnett demonstrated his commitment to patient care by establishing a clinical outreach program for families of COVID-19 patients in the Intensive Care Unit, showcasing his dedication to both medical excellence and compassionate patient support.
